Alain Cardon MCC since 2002, mostly recognised for his specific competencies in team and organisational coaching, Alain is also a coach trainer and coach supervisor with coach students in France, Belgium and Romania where he has recently opened a new coaching school. As far as his style in individual coaching for executives and personal clients with life coaching issues, Alain has developed a personal, confronting and empowering coaching style which may be defined as a blend of brief, systemic, creative, and breakthrough approaches. Although French national and part-time resident, his international personal life and career also makes it difficult to define Alain's coaching heritage as originating from one or another school of thought, one or another national frame of reference.

Odile Dollè

Odile Dollé, PCC (ICF) is managing director of ELIDO and partner of metasysteme. Located in Paris she is specialized  in coaching and organizational development. She coaches team leaders and executive committees, facilitates conferences as well as giving training in change management and communication. Her background is marked by 20 years of experience in project management with French and European partners. She also looks back to a professional sports career which attributes distinctive aspects to her profile as a coach. Her clients in France are among others Adidas, Axa, Gaz de France, Hotel Martinez/Concorde Group, Mercialys/Casino Group, Moet & Chandon, Sanofi-Aventis.

Claude Arribas

Claude Arribas, PCC (ICF), ANSE, partner of metasysteme. Founded in 2002, ANSE has the objective to support people in finding their own path to solution thus ensuring a sustainable development of their competencies. Claude Arribas, aged 44,  coaches executive teams, executives and people in sales as well as entrepreneurs. Clients come from international companies as kpmg, axa, Van Leeuwen Tubes, Lexel Cosmetiques as well as middle and smaller businesses in the Region of the Grand Sud, Montpellier and Spain as well as Latin America. Coming from a sales background in regional, national and multinational companies, he became managing director of a middle sized company that developed from 15 employees to 150 within 5 years.
