Methods
  I practice methodologically-integrated coaching, which puts you and your concerns in center stage.

Depending on the situation, I use the following psychological methods: Systemical approach, Transactional Analysis (TA) and communication psychology as well as Theme-Centered Interaction (TCI), which was developed by Ruth Cohn for group work communication.

I use International Coach Federation (ICF) criteria to measure my performance and standards.
